As all our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Wrong size ordered
- Change of mind
However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll make it right.
Please contact us within 30 days of delivery at matthew@unioncircle.co.uk with:
- Your order number
- A photo of the issue
We’ll arrange a free reprint or refund depending on the situation.
